Hello!
I'M DR. CAROL!
My mission is to EMPOWER YOU, to help you take control of your health, so that you may live the life you want and deserve!
"Dr. Carol goes out of her way to explain how your body works and how chiropractic care can help it. She is easy to understand, and helps you feel safe and cared for."
CHIROPRACTOR | EDUCATOR | HEALTH ADVOCATE
Dr. Carol Ngo is incredibly passionate about Chiropractic, its impact on the nervous system, and its ability to improve the body’s own healing capabilities. She has over 16 years of experience caring for tens of thousands of people of all ages and health backgrounds. She specializes in spinal, rib cage, pelvic cavity, and extremity care, and utilizes a variety of Chiropractic techniques to provide highly customized care to uniquely address each patient's symptoms and help them reach their health goals.
Dr. Carol is not only a highly experienced Chiropractor, she is also passionate about educating others. She was an Associate Professor at her Chiropractic alma mater, Life Chiropractic College West, where she taught diagnosis and adjusting technique classes. She has given a variety of health presentations to groups and organizations all over the country. Still, her greatest enjoyment comes from educating patients - whether the subject is chiropractic care, anatomy and physiology, or medical test results, her ultimate goal is to empower her patients to make informed decisions about their health.

In addition to private practice, Dr. Carol provides Chiropractic care to seniors through Lifelong Medical Care, a non-profit organization that provides health services to underserved communities throughout Alameda and Contra Costa counties, and through CEI-PACE: Center for Elders' Independence, a not-for-profit organization that provides health, social, and supportive services to at-risk seniors.
Introducing the world's best team member:
Bella!
Bella is the official office pup of The Spine Studio!
Bella is mostly a mix of American Bully, German Shepard Dog, and English Bulldog. She has been coming to the office since she was 9 weeks old and has become the most important staff member here! Her main job is to shower visitors with kisses and try to get them to play catch or soccer with her. And although she may bark at you initially, she is actually the sweetest pup - her wagging tail and cute face are sure to make you smile!
If you're uncomfortable with dogs, just let us know! Bella has no problem staying in her crate during your visit.

On days that she's not at the office, Bella maintains a busy social calendar at her day care, playing with her human and pup friends and taking long naps!
